This 10 minute Instant Pot beef chili is such an easy, healthy dinner recipe. The flavor is pure comfort food, and it tastes like it’s been simmering all day.
Chili is one of my go-to comfort foods. I love the taste of chili, but I don’t always have time to let it simmer on the stove to develop its rich flavors.
That’s where the Instant Pot comes in. By pressure cooking the chili for just 10 minutes, it gets that classic richness without a long stovetop simmer. This recipe can be on the table in less than 30 minutes from the time you start sauteing the onion.
This Instant Pot beef chili is a delicious combination of beef, beans, and vegetables. It makes 8 servings, so you can freeze the leftovers for another night or save it for lunch later in the week. For a vegetarian version, try my butternut squash chili or classic vegetarian chili. You can’t go wrong with any of these comfort food dishes, especially with a side of cornbread.
