I needed some new inspiration for meal planning this week, so I turned to my Recipes to Try Pinterest board. This is where I tuck away new dinner ideas for those weeks when I want something different.
The Salsa Pasta Chicken Bake from Lauren Kelly Nutrition looks like easy comfort food, and it only takes 10 minutes to prepare. And the Sweet Corn Pancakes from Zestful Kitchen look like a fun breakfast for dinner.
For the rest of the week, we’ll have some easy familiar meals. Taco night and squash tortilla soup are regulars for us this time of year, and sausage with veggies from our farm share will round out the week.
