Real Food Meal Plan Week 154 is full of healthy dinner recipes for early spring nights. We’re still on comfort food in my house this time of year!
Happy first day of spring!
We have snow on the ground in Massachusetts, but the flowers will be blooming before you know it. I can’t wait to clear a path to the grill and set up our outdoor dining table. But in the meantime, we’re still eating winter comfort food here. Stew, chicken curry, and pasta are cozy dishes that we’ll enjoy on these chilly nights.
I’m looking forward to trying the Shepherd’s Pie Loaded Baked Potatoes from Cupcakes and Kale Chips. I always like shortcut recipes (no mashed potatoes here), and I think my family will love the flavors in this dish. I found this recipe as a video on Facebook. I love recipe videos because I get to see the recipe in action, and this one looks easy and delicious.
