This week’s meal plan includes a couple new recipes that look really good. One is a loaded taco skillet from Lexi’s Clean Kitchen. We love anything taco, so this should be a hit. And the other one is a peanut ramen noodle salad recipe I’m working on. I love experimenting with the healthy, gluten-free ramen noodles I’ve been getting at Costco.
We have several easy recipes for busy nights this week, including pizza, pasta, and nachos. We’ll finish out the week with burgers on the grill. This is the best way to start Memorial Day weekend. Hopefully the weather will be nice and we can eat outside!
