- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 to 2 tbs maple syrup or to taste
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender. Combine until smooth, and taste to see if it needs more maple syrup.
- Divide into 2 glasses. Enjoy!
