Aside from my computer crashing, it’s been a decent day today.
We’re still finding good real food options to add to the menu, and my family is holding strong. Today’s menu was an easy, kid-friendly collection of healthy food.
Menu for Day Six of Real Food
Breakfast: oatmeal with apples and cinnamon
Morning snack: banana muffins, mandarin oranges, Triscuits
Lunch: cream cheese and jelly, hummus on millet flax bagel, strawberries
Afternoon snack: popcorn, apple, banana bread
Dinner: whole grain macaroni and cheese, carrots, leftover pot roast
