Homemade holiday gifts are the best kind, especially when there’s food involved. If we take the time to mix together a few gifts in our kitchen, it adds a little extra holiday cheer.
I love the cookie swaps and holiday goodies that help make this season so special. For my gift-giving list this year, I came up with a way to share one of my favorite healthy snacks, flavored homemade popcorn.
This gift set includes seasoning mixes for three flavors of popcorn that my family loves.
- The Fiesta Mix is a savory topping that brings the taste of tacos to your popcorn bowl.
- The Chocolate Mix provides a healthy way for chocoholics to cover their daily chocolate quota.
- The Gingerbread Mix makes a great substitute for gingerbread cookies without so much sugar and butter.
Homemade Popcorn Gift Set Process
Stir together the ingredients for each seasoning mix in a small bowl and place them in a separate 4-ounce mason jar for each flavor. Print or write out the brief instructions for each flavor and attach the instructions to the spice jar. Add a package of organic, non-GMO popcorn kernels to these seasoning mixes for a fun holiday gift set.
