My children sometimes balk at yogurt, but you’d think I was giving them candy by the way they devour this dip. I like to serve it with fruit kabobs, and it’s delicious with any kind of fruit. This is a small batch, but you can easily double or triple it if you’re feeding a crowd.
Honey Yogurt Dip
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 to 3 tsp honey
- Stir together the ingredients. If you’re starting with regular plain yogurt, you can strain some of the whey out to make it thicker. I use this Butter Muslin.
- Serve with fresh fruit. Store the extra yogurt dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
