Once Upon a Farm Smoothie Bowl: With this smoothie bowl hack, you’ll get a healthy breakfast ready faster than ever, and there’s no need to clean the blender!
Smoothie bowls are my new favorite way to enjoy a smoothie. I love that they include some solid food in addition to the smoothie. This keeps me fuller for a longer period of time than a regular smoothie.
Even though smoothie bowls are quick to make, sometimes I’m in such a hurry that I don’t even have time to whip together the ingredients in the blender. And having to clean the blender is just one more thing to do.
Enter Once Upon a Farm’s Kiddo Meals. This organic, non-GMO line of baby food isn’t just for babies. It’s the perfect texture for a smoothie bowl, and it’s full of ingredients you’d be putting in your smoothie anyway. Fresh fruits, vegetables, seeds, and grains that are pressure-processed instead of heat-processed maintain their natural flavors and nutrients.
Once Upon a Farm is a unique product that can be found in the refrigerated section of grocery stores. They offer ten different flavor combinations, with everything from a simple pouch full of pure mango puree to green kale and apples with banana and hemp seeds.
These pouches make a delicious smoothie bowl for when you’re on the go. Simply pack a few pouches in a cooler bag along with your favorite toppings, and you’ll have the perfect breakfast during your commute or road trip.

These look so yummy and healthy for kids. I can’t wait to try with my 3-year-old. He’s not a huge walnut fan, so maybe I’ll use Cheerios instead 🙂
That is such a fun idea!
What a great way to use those pouches! YUM!
Looks awesome! I’ve never tried those products before, love that you don’t need a blender to enjoy them!
What a great idea for those in a hurry and need something fast and portable. I would have never thought to eat baby food but it makes a lot of sense. Especially when I can get some veggies!
