This week’s meal plan is full of old favorites. Some weeks I don’t have as much energy to try new things, so I stick with what I know. Taco night, pasta night, and homemade pizza are easy, non-controversial meals that will always work in my house.
I am trying one new dish, but it’s nothing risky. The breakfast tostadas from Food Done Light are similar to other “breakfast for dinner” dishes I’ve made before, and I expect they’ll be well-received by my family.
My son is getting his braces off this week, and he’s looking forward to eating popcorn again. I didn’t think that would be an appropriate dinner to celebrate. Instead, we’ll have English muffin pizzas on the delicious Stone and Skillet English muffins we get at our local market. They’re so rich, they almost taste like fried dough. Definitely a treat for dinner!
