I’m trying a new Instant Pot recipe this week. (What else is new?)
The apple bourbon pork chops from Once a Month Meals look delicious. I’ll probably substitute apple juice for the bourbon because I’m not sure if my kids will love the bourbon flavor. Plus, it will save me a trip to the liquor store. 🙂
My daughter was supposed to get braces last month, but we had to cancel because she was sick. She’s getting them this week instead, and she chose a couple soft meals for the first few days. The homemade macaroni and cheese and the tomato soup will be good dinners for her if her teeth are sore. Hopefully she’ll be up for a burger and sweet potato fries later in the week.
