This week’s meal plan is a return to home cooking for us. I didn’t post a meal plan last week because we were away for spring break in Washington, DC. We ate lots of great food there (details to come!), but it’s always good to get home after a trip and return to normal meals.
Honestly, though, it’s hard for me to get back into the swing of cooking after an extended break. So I’m easing back into it with a collection of very easy dishes this week.
Asparagus is coming into season here in Massachusetts, so we’ll be enjoying it in a spring Cobb salad as well as a frittata. Burgers, pasta, macaroni and cheese, and homemade pizza will fill out the menu for the rest of the week. I said it was going to be easy, right? Hopefully I’ll get back into the swing of things and I can try a few new recipes next week.

Thursday: Out (Fundraising Dinner)
Friday: Homemade Pizza, Veggie Sticks
