I’m back at it!
I took the summer off from meal planning, but I need to get back into the rhythm. The break was nice, but life is so much easier when I have a plan in place. I’ve been planning a few days at a time through the summer, and now I’m moving back into the weekly routine.
This week, I’m trying a new sheet pan recipe. I love the idea of cooking a whole meal in one pan, so I hope it comes out well. The rest of the week, we’re having easy, low-prep meals. With evening sports practices, we need quick meals for several nights. My farm share will complement the main dishes with side salads and additional veggies depending on what I find left in my produce drawer.

Saturday: Ham & Cheese Egg Bake, Green Salad
Sunday: Applegate Hot Dogs, Sauerkraut
Monday: American Chop Suey, Green Salad
Tuesday: Taco Night
Wednesday: Pasta with Marinara, Roasted Broccoli
Thursday: Sheet Pan Chicken Curry with Veggies (recipe coming soon)
