It’s hard to believe November is here already!
The weather is motivating me to make some cozy meals this week. Chili and soup will definitely warm us up, and I’m hoping to get 2 nights out of the chili. This is one of those crazy weeks where someone in my family is out at dinnertime nearly every night, so hopefully that will help with leftovers.
Later in the week, we’ll be enjoying quiche, pasta, oven fried parmesan chicken, and sweet potato hash. My family gets to try lots of new recipes because I film recipe videos for other bloggers. I made the parmesan chicken for a video recently, and my kids couldn’t get enough of it. They’ll be excited to see it on the menu again.
