The platters of cookies and fudge are dwindling in my house, and we’re starting to return to normal eating. Can you relate?
This week’s menu starts out with a few meat-and-potato dishes, along with broccoli salad and Brussels sprouts. We’re expecting a blizzard on Thursday, so a big pot of Cajun 15 bean soup is in order. It’s a very cozy meal for a snowy evening.
I’m trying to insert more vegetables into our meals this week to make up for all the holiday indulgences.
