Soccer practice collides with chorus concert rehearsals to mess with my family dinnertime this week.
It’s always something.
I’m used to it by now, though. We may need to eat at different times some nights, but that doesn’t mean we can’t all eat homemade food.
I’m planning quick-prep meals for the hectic nights, and we can relax a little with chili and cornbread during the weekend and grilled salmon on Friday. The best night of the week is Saturday, when we’re getting together with old friends from college for a Cinco de Mayo party.
