We’re celebrating a milestone in my house this week. My husband is graduating from a master’s degree program in social work. He’s been in school part-time while working full-time for the last four years, so we’re excited to go out and celebrate his big accomplishment with a special dinner in Boston.
Now that my husband has all this extra free time on his hands, hopefully he’ll start doing more of the cooking. 🙂
This week’s meal plan includes a couple meals that are inspired by the great weather we’re having. We were supposed to grill burgers last week. Our schedule got turned around a bit, though, so the burgers moved to our weekend menu this week. I’m looking forward to trying this black bean salad from Whole Foods Market in the middle of the week. It has so many of my favorite flavors all in one dish.
