I’m excited that Stonyfield® Organic YoKids® yogurt now contains 25% to 40% less sugar than the leading kids’ yogurt brand. It’s the perfect addition to a healthy afterschool snack station!

I’m excited that Stonyfield® Organic YoKids® yogurt now contains 25% to 40% less sugar than the leading kids’ yogurt brand. It’s the perfect addition to a healthy afterschool snack station!

I’m excited to be partnering with Stonyfield® Organic YoKids® yogurt to help spread the word about their new lower sugar products. As a mom who’s committed to stocking my fridge with healthy food, I’m always on the lookout for better snack options for my kids. And when I come across a product that my kids and I can agree on, that’s always a good thing.

Stonyfield YoKids Organic yogurt has made a commitment to lowering its sugar content. Great step toward healthier children!

When I got the news from my doctor a few years ago that I had a dairy sensitivity, the first thing I thought about was yogurt. I loved yogurt and ate it daily, and I wasn’t happy about the idea of cutting back. It was one of my favorite snacks to get me through the afternoon.

Fortunately, my kids can still eat dairy. They enjoy yogurt, but one of my concerns over the years has been the high sugar quantity in many commercial yogurts. That’s why I was so happy to hear that Stonyfield® Organic YoKids® yogurt, one of our favorites, has made a commitment to cutting back on the amount of sugar in their yogurts.

Stonyfield yogurt is a great lower sugar option for kids!

Snack time seems to be more and more frequent for my growing kids these days. It can be a challenge to keep up with their appetites, and I don’t always have time to make homemade snacks for them. I try to have several higher protein options available to keep them fuller for longer. Organic yogurt is something simple that they can grab from the fridge whenever they need a snack.

Stonyfield Yogurt Sugar Reduction

Stonyfield® Organic YoKids® yogurt now features between 25% and 40% less sugar than the leading kids’ yogurt. Stonyfield has focused on reducing sugar in their children’s yogurt first. I love that this is their priority, because it’s so important to bring down the overall sugar consumption in children’s diets these days.

Loving the lower sugar content in Stonyfield's YoKids yogurt!

Available in cups, pouches, tubes, and smoothies, this yogurt is convenient for a grab and go snack. I appreciate that these products are also certified organic and non-GMO verified. Given the delicious flavor of Stonyfield, I’m not surprised that it’s the #1 organic yogurt brand for kids. I hope it becomes even more popular with its new lower sugar profile.
