Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup frozen spinach
  • cups chopped mango
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 2 tbs cooked or soaked oatmeal

Instructions

  • Place the coconut milk and water in a blender. I learned from Real Simple that adding the liquid first helps the blades to move freely.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and puree until smooth. Taste it to see if it needs a bit of maple syrup for extra sweetness.
  • Divide into 4 glasses and serve. This can also be refrigerated for later.
