Freezer Smoothie Packs
These freezer smoothie packs are a quick, easy way to get your daily produce quota. ($.84 per serving)
- 2 bananas sliced
- 4 cups mixed berries
- 3 cups mango chunks
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Prepare the ingredients and divide them among 4 small zipper bags. Place the bags in the freezer until ready to use.
To make 2 smoothies, place one cup of liquid (coconut milk, juice, or water) in a blender and add the contents of one smoothie bag. Process until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add an additional half cup of liquid.
Divide the smoothie between two cups and serve.
