In a blender or food processor, combine the cottage cheese, banana, pitted cherries, and raspberries until smooth. Taste the mixture and see if it needs the additional maple syrup. (This will depend on the ripeness of your banana, cherries, and raspberries.) Add it if needed, then briefly blend again.
Transfer the mixture to 2 bowls. Top each smoothie with the strawberries, blueberries, pecans, and coconut. Serve immediately.
