Mango Berry Smoothie Recipe
This mango berry smoothie recipe is packed with sweet frozen fruit, along with walnuts and chia seeds. ($1.14 per serving)
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 3/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 2 tbs chopped walnuts
- 1 tbs chia seeds
Place the ingredients in a high-powered blender in the order listed. Liquid ingredients should always go into the blender first.
Process until smooth. Taste the smoothie to see if it needs a little sweetening. This will depend on the ripeness of your fruit, especially the banana. Add a little pure maple syrup if needed.
Divide into two glasses. Enjoy!
