Mango Banana Smoothie Bowl

- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 tbs shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1/4 cup chopped mandarins or clementines
In a high-powered blender or food processor, combine the coconut milk, mango, and banana. Process until smooth. If it’s too thick to blend, add a little more coconut milk.
Divide the smoothie into two bowls. Top with shredded coconut, granola, and mandarins. Serve immediately.
