Clean Eating Blizzard Recipe
This clean eating Blizzard recipe is a healthy, delicious snack or dessert with an incredibly easy ingredient list.
- 2 large ripe bananas chopped & frozen, 7" to 8"
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Cacao nibs or chocolate chips optional
In a high speed blender, combine banana and coconut milk; process until smooth. Add a tablespoon at a time of any plant-based milk if the blizzard has a hard time moving around.
Add cacao nibs or chocolate chips and pulse a few times or just sprinkle on top. Serve immediately. Makes 1 large or 2 small blizzards.
