Nutty Banana Smoothie
This nutty banana smoothie is a healthy, delicious drink. ($.78 per serving)
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 medium bananas
- 1 tbs honey if needed
- 1 tsp vanilla
Place the walnuts and milk in a high powered blender. Process until the nuts disappear into the milk. You don’t want little bits of walnuts in your smoothie.
Add the remaining ingredients to the blender. Blend until smooth. Add honey if needed.
Divide the smoothie into 2 glasses and serve.
