Baked Tortilla Chips

These baked tortilla chips are so easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 8 small corn tortillas (I use Trader Joe’s three-ingredient corn tortillas)
  • 3 tbs olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Cut the tortillas into 4 triangles each.
  • Brush the triangles with a bit of olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle each tortilla with salt.
  • Flip the tortillas over and add oil and salt to the other side.
  • Bake the triangles for 5-7 minutes, then flip them and bake for another 5-7 minutes. They’re done when they’re fully crispy and beginning to get brown.
  • Cool and enjoy!
