Baked Tortilla Chips
These baked tortilla chips are so easy to make.
Cost $.13 per serving
- 8 small corn tortillas (I use Trader Joe’s three-ingredient corn tortillas)
- 3 tbs olive oil
- 3/4 tsp salt
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Cut the tortillas into 4 triangles each.
Brush the triangles with a bit of olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Sprinkle each tortilla with salt.
Flip the tortillas over and add oil and salt to the other side.
Bake the triangles for 5-7 minutes, then flip them and bake for another 5-7 minutes. They’re done when they’re fully crispy and beginning to get brown.
Cool and enjoy!
