  • 2 chopped apples
  • 1/2 cup chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 cup grape juice


  • Chop the apples, dates, and nuts very finely, and place them in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the grape juice, honey, cinnamon, and ginger. Pour this over the fruit and nut mixture.
  • Stir all the ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate. Serve at room temperature.
