This delicious pumpkin smoothie tastes like fall!

- 2 cups milk dairy or non-dairy
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbs pure maple syrup or to taste
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of ground ginger to taste
- pinch of nutmeg to taste
Place the milk, pumpkin puree, banana, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Taste the smoothie to see what it’s like without the seasonings. Then add the cinnamon, plus a pinch of ground ginger and nutmeg. Taste again and add a little more seasoning as needed. If you add too much, put in a little more pumpkin puree and milk until it tastes just right.
Serve immediately or refrigerate.
