Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1 1/2 tsp chipotles in adobo sauce
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbs lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt or more to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the chipotles in adobo sauce, honey, and lime juice.
  • Place the cooked chickpeas in a large roasting pan or on a cookie sheet that has sides. Pour the chipotle mixture over the chickpeas and stir to coat. Sprinkle with the salt.
  • Cook them for 35-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Toward the end, taste one every few minutes to see if they’re crispy yet.
  • Cool the chickpeas before eating.
