Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbs honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients until smooth.  Taste and add a little more honey if needed.
  • Divide among three small glasses and serve.
