  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1/3 cup chopped rhubarb
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbs honey


  • Chop the rhubarb into 1-inch pieces and place them in boiling water for one minute. Transfer the rhubarb to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking.
  • Place all the ingredients in a blender. Combine until smooth, and taste to see if it needs a little more honey. (I love how my high-powered blender makes it perfectly smooth.)
  • Divide into 3 glasses. Enjoy!
