Berry Banana Smoothies
These berry banana smoothies are a delicious, healthy drink full of nutrients. ($.72 per serving)
- 1 cup coconut milk or milk of choice
- 1 cup mixed berries frozen or fresh
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup spinach or other greens
Pour the coconut milk into a high powered blender. Add the berries, banana, and spinach. Process until smooth.
Divide between 2 glasses and enjoy immediately.
