Ingredients

  • 1 tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbs. olive oil
  • 1 tomato 1/3 lb.
  • 1 peach 1/3 lb.
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves

Instructions

  • Stir together the balsamic vinegar and oil. Pour the dressing into two pint-sized mason jars.
  • Chop the remaining ingredients.
  • Place the chopped tomato and peach on top of the dressing. Stack the lettuce and basil at the top of the jar.
  • Refrigerate until ready to eat. Shake the jar and serve immediately.
