  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 cups Dole Fruit ‘n Greens
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes if needed
  • 1/4 orange chopped (about ½ cup)
  • 1/4 pink grapefruit chopped (about ½ cup)
  • 3 tbs blueberries
  • 3 tbs pomegranate seeds
  • 3 tbs shredded coconut


  • Pour the coconut milk into a high-powered blender. Add the frozen Fruit ‘n Greens and the ice cubes. Process until smooth.
  • Divide the smoothie into 2 bowls. Top with oranges, grapefruit, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, and coconut. Serve immediately.
