Healthy Smoothie Bowls
Healthy smoothie bowls are a fun way to eat lots of produce. ($1.82 per serving)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 cups Dole Fruit ‘n Greens
- 1/4 cup ice cubes if needed
- 1/4 orange chopped (about ½ cup)
- 1/4 pink grapefruit chopped (about ½ cup)
- 3 tbs blueberries
- 3 tbs pomegranate seeds
- 3 tbs shredded coconut
Pour the coconut milk into a high-powered blender. Add the frozen Fruit ‘n Greens and the ice cubes. Process until smooth.
Divide the smoothie into 2 bowls. Top with oranges, grapefruit, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, and coconut. Serve immediately.
