  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 1 orange pepper chopped
  • 2 medium red apples cored and chopped
  • ½ cup golden raisins
  • ¼ cup diced almonds or walnuts
  • ½ cup plain whole milk yogurt
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. honey
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. diced chives


  • Chop the celery, pepper, and apples. Place them in a large bowl, and stir in the raisins and nuts.
  • In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, lemon juice, honey, and salt. Pour the dressing over the fruit and vegetable mixture. Stir to coat evenly.
  • Sprinkle the salad with diced chives. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
