In a small bowl, stir together the remaining ingredients. Pour this mixture over the salmon. Cover the baking dish and refrigerate the salmon for 30 minutes to marinate.
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Bake the salmon for about 20 to 25 minutes. If it's especially thick, it may take a little longer. Thinner cuts of salmon may be done sooner. I like to cook it all the way through until it's no longer bright pink in the middle.
If desired, you can place the salmon under the broiler for the last minute of cooking to brown the topping a bit. Serve warm.
