Ingredients

  • 1 tbs medium shallot diced
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 tbs lime juice
  • 2 tbs orange juice
  • 2 tbs pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbs water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a jar. Cover tightly, and shake to combine the ingredients well. Taste the dressing and add more maple syrup or salt if needed.
  • Use immediately to dress a salad, or store the dressing in the refrigerator in an airtight container. It will keep for several days.
