- 1/2 cup chopped mango
- 1 tbs white wine vinegar
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp salt
Peel and chop the mango if you're using fresh mango. If you're using frozen mango, defrost it before blending.
Place all the dressing ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and transfer to a serving container. Dress the salad just before eating.
This dressing can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for several days.
