- 2 chopped apples
- 1/2 cup chopped dates
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/4 cup grape juice
Chop the apples, dates, and nuts very finely, and place them in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, stir together the grape juice, honey, cinnamon, and ginger. Pour this over the fruit and nut mixture.
Stir all the ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate. Serve at room temperature.
