  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango pieces
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric
  • Pure maple syrup to taste if needed

Instructions

  • In a blender, place the orange juice, pineapple juice, banana, mango, and turmeric in the order listed. Process until smooth.
  • Taste the smoothie and add a little pure maple syrup if needed.
  • Divide between two glasses and enjoy!
