- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- ¼ cup frozen spinach
- 1½ cups chopped mango
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 2 tbs cooked or soaked oatmeal
Place the coconut milk and water in a blender. Add the liquid first to help the blades to move freely.
Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and puree until smooth. Taste it to see if it needs a bit of maple syrup for extra sweetness.
Divide into 4 glasses and serve. This can also be refrigerated for later.
