2lbscountry style pork ribscut into 4 strips (2 inches thick)
½tspsalt
½tsppepper
1small onionchopped
½cupwateror beef broth
¼cupapple cider vinegar
¾cupbarbecue sauce
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir together the salt and pepper. Rub it evenly onto the pork.
Place the chopped onion in the Instant pot, then pour in the water and apple cider vinegar. Add the pork to the pot, then add barbecue sauce. Close the lid and turn the knob to the sealing position. Set the pot to manual high pressure for 35 minutes. After cooking, do a natural release, which will take about 15 minutes.
Serve with potatoes and a veggie, or whatever sides you like to serve with ribs. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for a few days in the refrigerator.
