  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 3/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 2 tbs chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbs chia seeds

  • Place the ingredients in a high-powered blender in the order listed. Liquid ingredients should always go into the blender first.
  • Process until smooth. Taste the smoothie to see if it needs a little sweetening. This will depend on the ripeness of your fruit, especially the banana. Add a little pure maple syrup if needed.
