This mango berry smoothie recipe is packed with sweet frozen fruit, along with walnuts and chia seeds. It’s a healthy recipe for breakfast, snack, or any time of day!
One thing I always keep stocked in my freezer is frozen fruit. I like to have mixed berries and mango on hand so we can make a quick smoothie whenever we need a little extra burst of nutrition.
There are so many different combinations of smoothies, and this is one of my new favorites. Mango, berries, and orange juice taste so good together, and don’t you love that color? It makes me smile before I’ve even tasted the first sip.
By adding walnuts and chia seeds, I give this smoothie some extra protein along with healthy fats and other nutrients. I always like to have a little food along with my smoothies, but you could get away with drinking this smoothie for your whole breakfast if you’re in a hurry. It comes together in just a few minutes.
