I love the flavor of fresh peaches in just about anything. Combined with mango, they have the most wonderful tropical flavor.

This peach mango smoothie is so refreshing. It’s very easy to make, and it’s full of nutrients. With only 5 ingredients, this recipe comes together in just a few minutes. And depending on how sweet you want it, you may not even need to add the pure maple syrup.

Peach Mango Smoothie Tips

I make this smoothie in my high-powered blender, but this combination can be made in any blender or food processor. If you freeze the peaches and mango first, this smoothie will be extra cold for the perfect summer drink.

Be sure to add the liquid to the blender first, followed by the frozen fruit. This will allow the blender to work more effectively.

Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for a few days.

  1. Thank you Annemarie for mentioning the Vegan aspect. Something that I now keep my eyes open for my nearly Daughter-in-law. Looking at the recipe I can juggle the fruits and still be vegan. I guess I never considered this, plus I can also freeze and use for a sorbet or a frozen pop. You just expanded my ideas for sweet treats as baking is a little more challenging.

    1. Thanks, Gertrude! It’s always an adjustment when someone new in your life has dietary challenges, but these are easy ones to deal with.

  2. We love making peach smoothies in the morning… and we have tons of frozen mango in our freezer! Looks like we have a new recipe to try tomorrow AM 🙂

  3. What a simple and great combination for a smoothie. I need a better blender but as soon as I get one ….

    1. Thanks, Laura! This works well even with a low-powered blender or food processor. (But I do hope you can get your hands on a high-end blender. They’re amazing!!)
