Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 by 13 inch baking pan.
In a small bowl, stir together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat. Then add the baking chocolate and continue heating the mixture over low heat until the chocolate is melted. Set aside this mixture to cool a bit.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the eggs, peanut butter, coconut milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking pan, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the top is set and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. I like to err on the side of undercooked for the fudgiest result. Let the brownies cool before cutting.
