This mango smoothie is one of my favorite healthy snacks! You only need five minutes to make this yummy drink recipe.

This mango smoothie is a healthy drink that tastes like a treat. It’s delicious like a smoothie that’s full of ice cream, but it’s actually yogurt that gives it a thick, creamy consistency. My son has rejected many smoothies over the years, but he loves this one.

This tropical flavor combination is wonderful, and it comes together in just a few minutes. I like to keep frozen mango on hand in my freezer for smoothies, and a ripe banana is the perfect sweetener here. You may not even need the honey, so give it a taste before adding the honey at the end.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mango chunks
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until well-combined and smooth.
  • Taste it and adjust the flavors as needed. This is how I like it, but you might want more mango or more honey.

Yum! I love smoothies. We generally have one every morning. I haven’t used mango though. I bet it’s delicious!

That’s a great daily habit, Jill. I don’t always think of smoothies, but they’re such a delicious treat when I do think of them.
