Smoothie bowls are my new favorite way to enjoy a smoothie. I love that they include some solid food in addition to the smoothie. This keeps me fuller for a longer period of time than a regular smoothie.

Even though smoothie bowls are quick to make, sometimes I’m in such a hurry that I don’t even have time to whip together the ingredients in the blender. And having to clean the blender is just one more thing to do.

  1. These look so yummy and healthy for kids. I can’t wait to try with my 3-year-old. He’s not a huge walnut fan, so maybe I’ll use Cheerios instead 🙂
