Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 to 2 tbs maple syrup or to taste

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender. Combine until smooth, and taste to see if it needs more maple syrup.
  • Divide into 2 glasses. Enjoy!
