This mango banana smoothie bowl is an easy, delicious breakfast recipe that’s ready in 5 minutes.

I love smoothie bowls. I actually prefer them over smoothies because my stomach likes to have something solid to work on.

This mango banana smoothie bowl is as simple as it gets. There are just three ingredients in the smoothie, and you can top it with any type of nuts, grains, or fruit that you have on hand. It’s so versatile, and it will keep you full for longer than a standard smoothie.

Mango Banana Smoothie Bowl Tips

For the thickest results, either the bananas or the mango should be frozen before blending.

Add the liquid ingredients to the blender before the solid ones any time you make a smoothie. This allows the machine to operate properly.

My daughter loves this smoothie bowl for a special breakfast on an extra busy day. I could eat it every morning of the week!

Great way to get lots of nutrition and flavor in a smoothie/soup! I might even have to try it with the fresh mango sitting on my counter:)
